Tomkins Cove Community and City Information
Tomkins Cove is a hamlet located in the town of Stony Point in Rockland County, New York. It is located along the Hudson River and surrounded by Harriman State Park and Bear Mountain State Park. The hamlet has a population over 1,700 people and has an area of about eight square miles. Located in the northernmost part of the county, Tomkins Cove is rural in nature and isolated from most communities in the county.
